Platinumwerks Collision Center offers a convenient after hours drop off if you are unable to make our regularly scheduled business hours for repair appointments.

Please make sure to park your vehicle on the collision center service lane. Next to the body shop’s office doors is our Night-Drop box that you will open and grab an envelope from.

1. Please fill out the envelope completely. (Please include all your contact information and insurance information i.e. insurance company & claim number)
2. In the additional lines provided, please describe where the damage is located on the vehicle and any other concerns you may have.
3. Sign Authorization.
4. Place your car keys in the envelope and seal the envelope.
5. Drop the envelope in the slot.

The following business day, our team will check in your vehicle and contact you to inform you that we’ve completed our check-in. We will email all the necessary authorization forms that will need to be signed prior to your vehicle being assigned to our technicians.
